About this policy
This policy describes how CardAuro version 1.0 handles information. The operator’s legal name and contact details must be added before release.
Your plans stay on your device
The app stores the tasks and notes you enter, custom lists, dates, priorities, completion states, habits and check-in dates, countdowns, daily focus totals, language, and appearance preferences in local app storage. These records are used to display and operate the app’s features. CardAuro’s application code does not upload this content to an app-operated server. There is no account service or cloud synchronization.
Runtime and diagnostics
CardAuro uses the DCloud uni-app x runtime. DCloud’s documentation describes collection of engine crash information for product improvement. Turning off application usage analytics does not, by itself, prove that runtime crash reporting is disabled. The final release’s SDK version, diagnostic fields, recipients, and settings still require verification before this policy and the App Store privacy answers are finalized.
Advertising and permissions
The current app does not integrate an advertising service, request permission to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, or use your plans for advertising. Its implemented planning features do not request access to contacts, photos, a microphone, location, or the system calendar. The calendar in CardAuro displays tasks you enter in the app.
When you contact support
If you email support, you choose to share your email address, message, and any attachments. This information is used to answer the request and handle related follow-up. Please avoid including private task contents or other sensitive information. Support correspondence may be processed by the operator’s email provider; that provider and any applicable international processing arrangements must be confirmed before release.
Retention, deletion, and backups
Local records remain until you delete or replace them or remove the app and its data. Tasks in Trash remain recoverable until permanently deleted. Restore Sample Data replaces your current records with examples. To remove all local data, use iOS Delete App, not Offload App. Operating-system backups may retain copies according to your Apple settings; CardAuro cannot manage those backups. Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve the request and necessary follow-up, and longer only where an applicable obligation requires it. You may request deletion of support correspondence.
Your choices
You can view and edit your records in the app and delete them as described above. The current version does not provide an export or import function. Because the operator does not receive your local task records through the application, support cannot retrieve or edit those records for you. Contact the operator with a request concerning information you have sent to support.
This website
This website provides product information, support, and this policy. It does not include an analytics script, advertising pixels, or a sign-up form. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Hosting-provider identity and retention settings must be checked for the selected public deployment before release.
Children and updates
CardAuro is a general-purpose planning app and is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact the operator so the request can be reviewed. If information practices change, this page will be updated; material changes will be explained as required before they take effect.
