Do I need an account?
No. Open CardAuro and start planning. The current version has no account, sign-in, or cloud sync.
Where are my plans saved?
Tasks, lists, notes, habits, check-ins, countdowns, focus totals, and preferences are stored on this device. CardAuro does not provide its own online backup or export/import tool. Apple device backups may include app data depending on your settings.
How do I remove my data?
Move a task to Trash, open its action menu in Trash, and choose Delete Permanently. Long-press a habit or countdown to delete it. To remove all local app data, delete the app using iOS Delete App; Offload App keeps documents and data. Copies in device backups are managed through Apple’s backup settings. Restore Sample Data replaces your content with examples; it does not create an empty account.
How does the priority matrix work?
A task is urgent when its due date is today or earlier. Medium- and high-priority tasks count as important. The four-quadrant view uses those two rules to organize active, unfinished tasks.
Will the focus timer notify me in the background?
The current timer is designed for use while CardAuro is open. It offers 25-minute focus sessions and 5-minute breaks. Reliable background timing, system notifications, and lock-screen controls are not supported in this release.
How do I change language or appearance?
Open Settings using the gear in the top-right corner. Choose English or Simplified Chinese, light or dark appearance, and one of six accent colors. The first launch uses English. Your own task and list text is not automatically translated.
